Cixin Liu has put forth a marvelous combination of history, humanity, science and philosophy, culminating in an epic tale which will stay with you for a very long time. I just love this series so much. The ideas presented in the trilogy are so grandiose and magnificent. The way the author puts mankind into perspective in the grandness of the universe is utterly beautiful. And for a book about extraterrestrial contact, it is strangely hopeful and in a wild sense, comforting. Reading The Three Body Problem trilogy seems like going from the earth to the furthest reaches of the universe. Since I finished this book, I see the sky differently.
