First edition, first state. 19.5 x 14 cm, original dark bluish green cloth, dust jacket. New York, Charles Scribner's Sons. 1935
This collection of short stories was the last of Fitzgerald's books to be published in his lifetime and includes one of his best-loved stories, 'Babylon Revisited'.
An excellent copy, gilt to spine a little rubbed, points bumped and extremities lightly rubbed, dust jacket split along the upper hinge, worn at extremities with some small losses, neat tape repairs to verso. Preserved in an orange morocco backed clamshell case, made specially for the book recently by a previous owner.
This is the first state without the revised pp.349-352.
